Meg Favreau is a Los Angeles-based comedy writer whose work often combines sadness, darkness, and absurdity. She would like to make you laugh, and she often is unsure whether people are going for a handshake or a hug. Please remember this if you meet her.
Currently, Meg writes a bunch of stuff, teaches sketch writing at The Nerdist School, and is an editor for the humor website someecards. She has also written on the UCB Maude team Glendale, and she wrote and performed as part of the iO West headliner sketch team DJ Faucet and the dark Philadelphia sketch duo Meg & Rob. Meg has appeared on stages in LA, New York, and Philadelphia, and in festivals including the SF Sketchfest, Chicago Sketchfest, Women in Comedy Festival, North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, Boston Improv Festival, Philly Improv Festival, and Philly Sketchfest.
